Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid extensions include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Pro features at no charge. If the Extension does not meet your needs, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since we offer a free trial period for all paid plans, refunds after the trial period are granted at our sole discretion and only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged due to a technical error (e.g., duplicate billing).
• The Extension has a critical, reproducible defect that prevents its core functionality from working, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the free trial period has ended.
• Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
• Incompatibility with third-party software, websites, or services that are not listed as requirements.
• Temporary service disruptions or minor bugs that do not significantly affect core functionality.
• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Use the subscription management link in your Paddle payment receipt email.
• Or contact us through the contact form on our website — we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.

After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will apply.

5. Processing

All refunds are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our payment processor. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
